The tipi is 2 meters from the lake.
Seeing as the lake is filled with water, you won’t need a shower! ;)
If you prefer showers, no problem. You can use the shower in the smaller of the two barns. Please see the map below. The shower is not fancy and shared with the folks that have horses at the farm. Please be forewarned, it may be dirty, but it does do the job, even though it hasn’t been renovated since the 1960s!
If you like to get warm before a cold swim (us included!), feel free to make a fire on the beach. You can find firewood in piles on the pasture. We gather the firewood in order to improve the pastureland for the cattle.
Yes, but we don’t recommend it.
We use the water when we cook rice or pasta as the boiling process kills potential bacteria. We don’t drink the water cold, even though some of our friends do.
