Phase 1: Prepare cleaning

  1. Go to the service room and gather sheets, towels, bathrobes and 2 red laundry bags.
    1. Sheets:
      1. 1 mattress sheet per bed (3 single sheets and 4 double sheets)
      2. 2 pillow sheets for the double beds and 1 pillow sheet for the single beds (10 in total)
      3. 1 blanket sheet per single bed and 2 blanket sheets per double bed, 10 in total (unless 11 or 12 guests are scheduled to arrive).
      4. In summary: 7 mattress sheets (3 doubles & 4 singles); 10 pillow sheets; and 10 blanket sheets.
    2. Towels & bathrobes:
      1. Two large towels, 2 medium towels, and 2 small towels per room
      2. In the 2 rooms that don't have their own shower provide 2 bathrobes in each room, 4 in total.
    3. COLOR TIP: organise 7 piles of sheets, so that the sheets match the room colors. The room colors are 1 green room, 1 yellow room, and 3 blue rooms. When you have all the sheets you need, pile them up and carry them upstairs.

Phase 2: Empty trash from the house

  1. Go upstairs
    1. Remove sheets and towels from rooms and put them in any way into the red laundry bags.
    2. Empty all trash from the bedrooms and consolidate them as much as possible into trash bags.
    3. Remove toilet paper that has less than 25% left on the roll, make sure each bathroom has an extra roll below the sink.
  2. Go to the ground floor and outdoor deck
    1. Pick up all trash and any items that should not be on the deck or grass. Look at the airbnb advertisement for guidance.
    2. Empty trash and food from the refrigerator and kitchen area.
    3. Go to the deck area
      1. empty any trash from the deck
      2. Put chairs according to this image:
      3. Put chair cushions in the big brown box
      4. Wash away any stains from chairs or deck (from food or bird poop)
  3. Go to the basement
    1. Take away all trash from the basement and spa
    2. Put any towels in the service room

Phase 3: Vacuum and mop

  1. Vacuum ONLY KITCHEN, HALLWAY, & STAIRS using the central vacuum cleaner. There are vacuum outlets in the upstairs hallway. The vacuum hose is in the conference room storage closet.
  2. Mop ONLY KITCHEN, HALLWAY, STAIRS, & BATHROOMS. Mop, bucket, and cleaner can be found in the conference room storage closet.
  3. Organise kitchen tools according to this scheme:
  4. Don't forget to the empty the refrigerator in the bar area

Phase 5: Make the beds and style the house

  1. Now that all trash is removed and the house and kitchen is clean, go upstairs and make the beds according to this image:

Phase 6: Inventory management

  1. Please make sure all rooms have the correct inventory, and only these items. Take any other items to the service room.
  2. Upstairs
    1. Upstairs hallway:
      1. furniture as shown in advertisement images
    2. Main room:

    3. Closet:
      1. Hair dryer
      2. In the three rooms with double beds, and extra blanket and an extra sheet, in case two people want to share the same bed.
    4. Bathroom:
      1. 1 extra roll of toilet paper
      2. An extra soap canister
  3. Ground floor and basement
    1. Hallway
      1. Games chest
    2. Kitchen
      1. Tools according to kitchen map
    3. Dining room:
      1. Salt, peppar, and candles according to advertisement images
      2. Side table with following magazines:
        1. Welcome Handbook
        2. Annual Edition of "Turist Värmland"
        3. DN weekend
    4. Living room:
      1. Bar area:
        1. Shaker and cocktail mixer
        2. Stone coasters (so that glasses don't leave marks on wood)
        3. 10 "Frykenöl" beers in bar refrigerator
    5. Conference room:
      1. Paper and pens for notes and drawing
    6. Spa & Gym
      1. 4 extra spa towels on shelf by the window:

        1. 4 yoga mats and weights
